No joining fees whatsoever. At Cocoon, the price you see is the price you pay — your monthly fee covers everything. First-time members also get their first class completely free with no strings attached.
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Monthly fee collection happens on or before the 1st of each month. We'll send a WhatsApp reminder before your due date.
Yes! Life happens — illness, travel, exams. You can pause your membership for up to 30 days per year at no additional cost. Simply inform us 3 days in advance and we'll freeze your account from the requested date.
The Combo plan gives you unlimited access to all Zumba classes, including sub-programs (Kids, Gold, Foundation through Advanced). You also get priority booking for workshops and grading exams, plus a welcome merchandise kit for new joiners. It's our best-value plan by far.
Monthly plans: We offer a prorated refund if you cancel within the first 7 days of a billing cycle. After 7 days, the month's fee is non-refundable. Quarterly and annual plans: 50% refund if cancelled within the first 30 days; no refunds after that. All refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Yes! Students with a valid ID get 10% off any plan. Seniors (60+) enrolled in Zumba Gold get 15% off the Zumba plan. These discounts cannot be combined but apply on top of quarterly/annual savings. Speak to our front desk to avail.
Absolutely. Families enrolling 2 or more members get 15% off the total combined fee. 3 or more members get 20% off. This applies per billing cycle and is one of our most popular options for families who train together.
