Absolutely not! Our Zumba programs are designed with simple, repetitive steps that anyone can follow regardless of dance background. Our instructors are trained to guide you so you feel comfortable from day one. Your first class is free, so come try it!
We have specialized programs for all age groups: Zumba® Kids Jr. (ages 4–6), Zumba® Kids (ages 7–11), Zumba® Gold for active seniors and beginners, Aqua Zumba® for water fitness lovers, and regular Zumba® Fitness for teens and adults. We believe dance fitness is for everyone.
We recommend comfortable athletic wear (such as long-sleeve activewear tops and leggings) and supportive cross-training or fitness shoes that allow easy pivot movements. Please bring a water bottle and a small sweat towel.
